Handbook 2 section 13.3.2 mentions the stake activities committee, consisting of a chairman (a high councilor), one or more stake activities directors, and stake activities specialists (if needed).

However, there is no standard calling for stake activities directors. Shall I just make them all committee members?

It strikes me as odd. There are multiple directors, but they are not over anyone. Yet all directors serve on the committee which is headed by the committee chairman. Other than specialists, there are no others on the committee.

There are two specific standard callings for stake activities directors: "Stake Cultural Arts Director" and "Stake Physical Activities Director". But it is odd, given the wording in HB2, that there isn't a more generic standard calling for activities directors.

I see the standard callings that aebrown identified:
* Stake Physical Activities Director (or District Physical Activities Director)
* Stake Cultural Arts Director (or District Cultural Arts Director)

There is also a Stake Sports Specialist (or District Sports Specialist). Beyond that, you would need to use a custom position.

I agree it is a little odd, given the Handbook wording, that there isn't at least a "Stake Activities Specialist" or something similar. We (the development teams) don't maintain the position list. If you want to suggest those positions be added, you would either want to start with the GSC or have your stake president communicate the request to his leaders.
