That's even worse! Seriously, can we get someone to look into this?

We have been updating our records in Leader and Clerk Resources and when prompted have used the suggested address with the Apt on the second line. Our Relief Society Visiting Teaching Coordinator has been trying get our members visited and she printed a directory on MLS to take home and use to assign visits. Unfortunately, the directory doesn't print the newly formatted apt #'s. Is there a feature I can turn on so directories will print the second address line or is there a different procedure we should be using?

When creating the abbreviated directory, there's a "customize" link in the upper right. Click on that an you're given the option to add the second line. However, it doesn't seem to stick, so that has to be done each time.
