We have been updating our records in Leader and Clerk Resources and when prompted have used the suggested address with the Apt on the second line. Our Relief Society Visiting Teaching Coordinator has been trying get our members visited and she printed a directory on MLS to take home and use to assign visits. Unfortunately, the directory doesn't print the newly formatted apt #'s. Is there a feature I can turn on so directories will print the second address line or is there a different procedure we should be using?

When creating the abbreviated directory, there's a "customize" link in the upper right. Click on that an you're given the option to add the second line. Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
