what is the jira project for "Leader and Clerk Resources" ?

i have looked around on LDS tech but wasnt able to find the project @
https://tech.lds.org/projects and its associated JIRA project and was wondering if that is available at all or if i use this forum for bugs and feature requests.

There is no publicly accessible JIRA project for Leader and Clerk Resources. It's an internal project, so there would not be any JIRA on LDSTech for it.
But if you look at the
announcement of the Clerk Resources Beta, you'll see that you can use the Feedback link on the beta Clerk Resources pages, and those reports will be reviewed by the development team. That seems to me to be an effective way to get your issues to the right people.
