Misplaced elements in Member Information page-Google Chrome

See the attached screenshot. Tested in Firefox on same machine with no problem. Also disabled all extensions, and problem persisted.
Google Chrome 21.0.1180.89
Windows 7 Professional SP1
I tried to upgrade Chrome to the latest version (23.0.1271.97, Dec 11, 2012); however, I am unable to do so, due to an error. I may start another thread about that.
