Hi there all -

I'm an Assistant Ward Clerk who used to have access to things like Handbook 1, Official Communications (letters)... but this morning, all of the sudden, those things have disappeared.

Has something changed recently?

There was a brief period of time (a couple of weeks or perhaps a month) after Handbook 1 was made available online that the assistant ward clerk had access. That access was an error and was noted and corrected. I do not know about the official communications library. As long as I have had the position as assistant ward clerk I have not had access to the OCL.

I do not see why you would have access to those two resources just recently as you say you did. Perhaps you had another position listed in MLS that has access?
