Yesterday and today, when visiting the clerk resources page, I am receiving the following message:
"Attention:This site does not support the current version of your web browser. To get the best possible experience using our website we recommend that you upgrade to a newer version or install another Web Browser."
The browser I am using is Internet Explorer 9. Is the Church not planning on supporting IE9?

That will happen in IE9 if you are running in compatibility mode. Turn off compatibility and it should clear up.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
