Hi,

Wonder if there's a way for Stake Clerk to view/print the Ward Organizations within the stake. This will allow easy tracking of calling changes and reduce the need to maintain a file for Stake and Ward Leaders contact.

Thanks in advance

There are multiple options:
  • In stake MLS, you can print the Ward Organization report. This lists all the priesthood and auxiliary presidencies, bishoprics (including clerks/exec sec), and ward mission leader for all of the wards on a single report. It doesn't list any other callings, but it's a handy report for those top level callings.
  • In CDOL, you can view all the callings for each ward in the stake. Just visit each ward in turn, and click the "Show All Positions" link at the top. You might want to click the Expand/Collapse All link and then you can print from your browser. This shows all the callings that the ward has entered in MLS. You can even drill down on individual callings and see when the person was sustained as well as contact information.
  • In the Directory on LDS.org, you can go to each ward in turn, go to the Ward Leaders section, and click the Print button. Similar to the MLS report mentioned above, it only includes the presidencies.

In clerk resources with stake rights you can go to Callings by Organization. From there you have a drop down that lets you choose which unit you want to view.
