I have not been able to get to the OCL in the last few days. The direct link I have takes me to the LDS Account sign in screen, then drops me off at the main LDS.org page.

Signing in at LDS.org, going to the Tools menu and then Leader Resources, and finally selecting the OCL under the Applications drop down simply takes me to a connecting spinner that, well, spins.

Has something happened to the link(s), the Library, or my browser?

I'm guessing that the site is having problems -- it's not a problem with your browser, and probably not a problem with the link.

The URL for the old OCL still takes you to a valid page. You can go to https://apps.lds.org/letters and you will be redirected to http://www.lds.org/ocl, which shows a page of information about the new OCL, including the link http://letters.lds.org/ ; in other places, the URL https://www.lds.org/letters is used (which redirects to https://letters.lds.org/).

In any case, regardless of how you get there, the official URL of https://letters.lds.org/ does not work right now. After a really long time (a couple of minutes), I get a Proxy Error.

As a followup, a few minutes ago I was able to access the site. Whatever the problem was, it seems to have been fixed.
