Hi,
stake clerk here - in trying to activate a recommend online using the temple entry system yesterday I received the following error: "The member's stake/mission does not match the stake/mission the recommend was sent to."
I've activated many many recommends previously using the online entry system, but do not recall seeing this error before. We've double checked the recommend number and it is correct. I've activated recommends from this same ward before and not received this error message.
Would you like me to provide the recommend number that I need to activate?
not sure how to get around or fix this.
