Last week I changed a members email address successfully, using the Leader & Clerk Resources page. When doing a send/receive within MLS, the individuals details were updated correctly. I then noticed that another member of the same households individual email address had been removed from their details.
Both their online individual email addresses have stuck OK.
I've had this happen to several other members, whether I did the change or they did the change, online. Until now I've just dismissed this as just one of those things that happen.
I've now come to the conclusion that there is a problem with how this is handled by the various processes involved.
