Bishopric Action and Interview List - LDS.org does not mirror MLS

The Bishopric Action and Interview List "BAIL" on our MLS is correct and the format of the LDS.org BAIL under the Reports menu bar has the same categories ("Children Approaching Baptism Age"... "Unbaptized Members"...etc.); however, the members listed are not what they should be on LDS.org. Instead, the same two seven year old female members are listed as members who belong to almost every category (including "Men Who Have Not Served a Mission") and no one else belongs in them. The one exception is the category "Potential Missionary Couples," which correctly lists the right members. Any suggestions? Our bishopric uses the LDS.org BAIL from their home computers and would like to continue using it (it has worked in the past).

Thanks!

We are having the same problem. The kids from the Children Approaching Baptism Age are duplicated in all the other lists except Potential Missionary Couples. Using IE9 on Windows 7 64bit logged in as Stake Clerk. The problem does not occur in Firefox 12.

I tried this on three different browsers (including IE9 on Win7 64-bit) and it worked fine every time, for every ward in our stake (I'm an assistant stake clerk). The children listed as approaching baptism age appeared only in that list, and every other list looked correct, too. It seems really odd that this could be different for different browsers.

I Just tried it on my Work computer and it does exactly the same thing. Works fine in Firefox 13(upgraded since last post) and it also works fine in Google Chrome but in IE9 it shows the Children Approaching Baptism Age are duplicated in all the other lists except Potential Missionary Couples. I did notice that only two out of the seven wards in my stake have the problem. Using the drop down menu at the top, if I go through each ward most of them show the list correctly, only two of them have this problem. It also seems to show the correct infomation for a second before the Children Approaching Baptism Age take over the other lists. If I knew who to tell I could PM the unit numbers and name to the correct person to check it out.

I found that if you turn on Compatablility mode in IE9 it shows the lists correctly but it gives the following warning:

Attention: This site does not support the current version of your web browser. To get the best possible experience using our website we recommend that you upgrade to a newer version or install another Web Browser

But if you just ignore the warning it works fine in Compatability mode.
