In the Oct 5, 2018 letter called "Handbook 1 and Handbook 2 Updates", there is a line that says, "Leaders should refer to the digital
versions of the handbooks for these updates, because the printed copies will not be updated."
It is not clear whether this means the printed handbooks will not be updated for only these updates, or if (going forward) there will be no printed updates of the handbooks at all. But assuming the latter (which would be fine with me), is there any way to be notified when changes are made to the online versions of the handbooks, to include the sections and wording? This would enable us to keep "in the loop" regarding the changes.

I don't know about notification, but there is a version number in the title page.
