Moving from YM to Prospective Elders?

Moving from YM to Prospective Elders?
I have some young men (18 yrs) that are still listed as in YMs. When I tried to put on prospective Elders list the LCR program popped up a warning. Didn't the old program move them automatically? I don't remember having to do this before.

It used to be that it would move them automatically, but then you could move them back. Once moved back, I don't think anything happened - except maybe when they turned 19.

The warning is: removing them from designated class will prevent them from being on assigned classes list. I ended up moving them myself but never had to do that before (4yrs in this call)
