Printed Directory Pictures

I was recently called to Ward Clerk and I am still trying to figure everything out.
However I am working on a Ward Directory and each time I add pictures to it they come out really pixely reguardless of how many columns I have. They show up fine on the online directory. I have done several Photoshop edited images and they still come in pixely.
