Other callings in Leadership section

Our Bishop wants to group various callings together rather than having a big clump under "Other" ('big clump' being over half the Ward ). Two Questions:
A) is there a way to assign the CODL rights from a standard calling to one of these custom callings? For example, we have an Employment Specialist who has both a custom and standard calling as the Bishop wants that calling to be under the Elders Quorum. Rather than pass the message on to every clerk that they need to change that calling TWICE every time someone new is called (which is often) it'd be nice to have a CODL section where those permissions could be assigned (based on the standard callings).
B) I noticed that in the Local Unit Directory here on LDS.org the custom organizations are appearing! Thank you! However, they are all termed "Other Callings" whereas in our MLS setup they have individual names (i.e. "Welcoming Committee") is there any way to have these names show up? It gets tiresome to click on (and wait for the loading of) each of the 9 calling groups. More than that, you still don't know which group is which, unless you're familiar with who is on which Committee (which, again, changes frequently).
