Hello, We are just starting to put this together for our Branch. It looks like such
a perfect program for us since our Branch swells from 35 members in the summer
to over 800 in the winter! I am the Family History Center Director and felt this
would be a good project but after putting in my pics and one of the other consultants
pictures we find we can only view our own. Are we doing something wrong?
We are in the Quartzsite, AZ Branch. Thank you for your help.

You haven't done anything wrong; it's just that there's another step that needs to be done. When a member submits a picture, it still has to be approved by a ward/branch administrator before it will be visible to anyone outside the member's household. The administrator could be the branch president or a branch clerk, or anyone on the list of Callings with administrative access (see the Branch section).
Questions that can benefit the larger community should be asked in a public forum, not a private message.
