In our ward directory in lds.org we have a child that is listed with the wrong family (wrong parents). In MLS the child is listed under the correct parents. How do I change the child to the correct family in the ward directory in lds.org?

Where are you looking in MLS? The child may well have the right parents on his record, but what family his he grouped with?

I would suggest that from the tool bar, you go to Membership > Household Record and look at the two households in question.
