Member on LDS.org but not in MLS

We have three members of our YSA ward that show up as members on the ward website and show up on reports generated from the website (members without callings) but none of them show up in MLS and don't show up on MLS generated reports? How can this be?

Either they are new move ins and a send/receive will get you their records or the MLS data is out of sync and you can use the 'request unit refresh data' option from MLS to get back in sync.

Have you done a Request Unit Data Refresh to try to update the records in MLS? You could also do a membership records request for those missing members.

We too are experiencing the same issue. We had our ward boundaries change after which the Stake clerk moved families into our ward. A send and receive in MLS shows the new member transfer report. But they families do not show up when searching in MLS.

We have tried requesting a "Request Unit refresh data" which does not seem to solve the problem. Any other suggestions?

I have also seen issues with this. One problem I have been having is a member had his membership removed and then he still shows up on the Local Unit Church Website. Then If I want to send messages on events to Eleders it sends him an E-mail. Since he does not want contact from the church this causes problems.
