We have recently moved into the Mountain Shadows Ward in the Scottsdale Camelback Stake, however, LDS.Org and LDS Tools still shows our former Ward, Cooley Ward in Gilbert, Arizona.

We checked with our Membership Clerk & he assured us that our Records had been received into the Mountain Shadow Ward.

What can we do to correct this so we can access our new Ward Directory? We have been called as Ward Missionaries & need to access names and numbers for the members in our Ward.

If it has been more than about 48 hours after your records were moved and you still don't see your new ward in the Directory on lds.org then your ward clerk needs to call the Global Service Center.

Your records still show you in the Cooley Ward. You'll need to have the clerk request them.

Another option is for your old ward clerk to push your records to your new ward.
