Missionary emails not showing in Ward Directory

When using LDS.org on a laptop computer the Missionaries serving from our Ward do not have email address listed. But when using the IOS LDS Tools App their emails are listed. How do we access the email info when using a laptop? Why is this happening???

That's a good catch. I never realized the missionary emails were on LDS Tools.
I suppose it's because the Directory web app hasn't been updated in a while (other than changing the photos subsystem). I suggest you use the "Feedback" link at the bottom of the directory web page to request that missionary emails be added to the web version of the directory, since they are present on the LDS Tools app.
