I am SS stake pres; how do I access stake directory?
You can access a directory just like any other member: lds.org/directory. However it's subject to the privacy settings of the individual families. In some areas with strict privacy laws, (like the UK) the default is quite restrictive which would make it less useful.
It looks like you have some access to LCR: lcr.lds.org
