New Pictures Submitted and go to Pending Disappear

Hi,
I'm trying to submit pictures to lds.org for review. After submitting the pictures, all of them say they are pending. When I refresh the page, they are all gone. Anyone have a similar experience?
Doesn't seem intuitive at all...
