lds.org local directory will not print

Initial report Monday, February 8, 2016 4:01 PM, We have been trying to print a photo directory of just our ward's relief society off of lds.org. We printed one last March with no problem and now it's not working. We go under directory, relief society, print. It does not save pdf or print pdf- it comes up as a blank window on our screens. We have tried different logins (Narda smiths, Julie Mitchell's and my own) and 4 different computers. It pulls up all other organizations (elders quorum, yw, etc) just not relief society. I have submitted 2 requests on lds.org for help and have had no response.
