Initial report Monday, February 8, 2016 4:01 PM, We have been trying to print a photo directory of just our ward's relief society off of lds.org. We printed one last March with no problem and now it's not working. We go under directory, relief society, print. It does not save pdf or print pdf- it comes up as a blank window on our screens. We have tried different logins (Narda smiths, Julie Mitchell's and my own) and 4 different computers. It pulls up all other organizations (elders quorum, yw, etc) just not relief society. I have submitted 2 requests on lds.org for help and have had no response.

All we can do is suggest how to try different ways. It seems to work OK for me and my ward. You might want to thumb though the list and see if there's any photos that might be creating an issue. (No thumbnail, broken link symbol, etc.)

Surely there is a bug in the church's software. Here's what I'd suggest. Try printing the PDF with the bare minimum, with no check boxes checked. It should give you a PDF with only members' names. If that doesn't work then you've definitely got a problem. Try adding in one checkbox at a time. Is there one checkbox that when toggled produces the error you're experiencing? If it's the photo checkbox then perhaps russellhltn is right that there's a broken picture somewhere. Ideally once you find out the cause of the error you would report it to the church and they'd come along and fix the underlying issue, but if it's a broken picture and you fix the picture and thus fix the problem yourself then they may not fix the underlying problem that caused the issue in the first place.

Try talking to your bishop or stake president as they will know what to do

That's assuming you are a member of the same stake and that the member hasn't restricted the information to only the ward or only church leaders.

Another method is via LDS Tools, but the same restrictions apply.
