Bishopric not showing up in ward directory

The bishopric members and their wives do not show up on our YSA ward directory (Out of Unit assignments). The bishopric shows up under the ward leadership, but without their wives attached in their households. We are in the US with our default visibility set to Stake. Is there a way to make our information available to our ward?

Not currently. The out of unit bishopric members will appear in the LDS Tools directory listed the same as the household name appears in the LDS.org Directory for their home unit. However, there will be no information for the wife unless she has an out of unit leadership position.
