Notes in ward directory?

Is it possible to save notes in the ward directory for ward council members to see? Like most wards we have members that we do not know anything about and it would be helpful as we find out info and who has visited them if we could save this on lds.org directory. Any thoughts?

No, that capability does not exist. I doubt something like this will be implemented either.

I agree with jdlessley that I doubt anything like this would ever be implemented. The bishop might task someone on the ward council to manage the list. Maybe the Ward Clerk, Executive Secretary, or Ward Mission Leader.
