Is there a way to create a dynamic email lists in LDS Tools (or on lds.org directory) to sent emails to all Bishoprics for example, that would be dynamically updated as a bishopric members in the stake change.

I know about the list function in LDS tools where you can create a list, but that list is based off individual names in the stake rather than callings.

It would be very helpful to have dynamic lists based on callings in the stake/ward, like the following.
At the stake level
- All Bishops or all Bishoprics in the stake
- All Elders Quorum Presidents or Elders Quorum Presidencies in the stake
- All Ward Relief Society Presidents, all Ward Young Mens Presidents, all Ward Young Women, etc....
At the ward level
- All Ward Council Members
- Presidents of each organization

It would also be helpful to create custom dynamic lists such as the following
- Welfare List - which would consist of all stake leaders involved in welfare (i.e. Stake Presidency member, high councilman, stake preparedness specialist, stake cannery specialist, etc.) and the ward welfare people as well (i.e. ward welfare specialist, ward cannery specialist, etc.).

Please let me know if this exists or if it would possible to enhance the tools to accomplish it.

Have you looked at the Send a Message application at the Leader and Clerk Resources (LCR) page on LDS.org. It has a preset list of mailing groups that are useful. I think most of the lists you mention are available there. I don't know for sure because I do not have a stake leader calling.

I don't think custom lists are available yet.

I am a High Councilor and was going to post the excact same question. I am constantly sending emails to the groups listed above and spend a lot of time gleaning the information from the separate ward leader lists. the frustrating thing is that these callings change all the time so it requires a lot of followup work to keep them current.

I looked for Send a Message on LCR and I do not see it.

It would be great if "Send a Message" could be turned on for High Councilors and others.

Send a Message is located under the Applications menu in LCR.
It would be nice if you could attach documents in the Send a message app. That would make it far more useful for distributing minutes for meetings.

I always type minutes directly into an email message – I find it inconvenient to open an attachment to get to notes, especially if it's just text. That'd be my suggestion!
