How do I access the same kind of information that LDS tools mobile provides on my iMac or PC?

You can use a browser to go to LDS.org. Then under the Tools menu, you'll find most of the LDS Tools information in the Directory, and some of it in Calendar. Although these websites present the information in a different format than the LDS Tools mobile apps do, they have all the same information (and more).

is there a way to access my LDS tools lists from a pc? So that I can send emails to these lists.

If you are a ward council member, some of the functionality in the LDS Tools app is also accessible in Leader and Clerk Resources (under the My Account and Ward menu at the top of LDS.org).

Custom lists of members from LDS Tools don't appear anywhere on LDS.org, but if you're a bishopric member, clerk, or executive secretary, you can send emails to pre-defined lists of members using the Send a Message tool in Leader and Clerk Resources.
