Email addresses missing on the "Email Adults" list

We have several ward members not receiving emails when we send them to a group using the "email all ..." feature in the Ward Organizations section of the Directory on LDS.org. I've double and even triple checked to make sure those members have an email address listed in the directory and that it is not marked private. How do we get this problem fixed?

If it's marked as anything other than "stake" it won't work. It's a known issue.
Also check the they have a personal address and not just a "household" address. I don't remember if it will pull from the household address if the person doesn't have an address.

Mystery solved. They were marked at "ward" not "stake". Thanks for your help.
