Emails flagged as potential phishing expeditions

I just received a to:all-ward email from the bishop that was flagged as a possible phishing attempt by gmail.
Looking at the headers the emails are not authenticated - if anybody from CHQ is reading these messages this needs to be addressed or a lot of emails through the system will be incorrectly flagged as spam/phishing and may result in some security blocks.
