bishop and R.S. pres. of church near an address

I have a less active daughter. I would like to find her church and get name of the Bishop and R.S. President to see if my daughter could receive aid from them as she is very ill and homebound.
We are serving a mission out of the country.

You can search for the address at
http://maps.lds.org and it will show you the ward assigned to that address, the name of the bishop and his phone number. You will have to contact the bishop in order to get in contact with the R.S. President.
