Non-member name

I have a non-member whose name appears the same in MLS and in Leader and Clerk Resources but it is different in the directory from LDS.org. How do I fix that?
Different in what way? I believe that the information for the directory come off the marriage record from the member spouse. So I'd look there.
Not sure where the information in LCR is coming from. I didn't think non-member records left MLS at all.
