Me and my husband is getting a divorce and we are not living together. He is listed as head of house hold and has been excommunicated from the church. I do not want him listed in my lds tools as head of house hold. I Would like him removed, how do I have that happen? Please remove him ASAP.
Thank you

Re: Remove spouse from head of household
We can't remove him (we're just volunteers who help answer questions on this forum), but your ward clerk can do it. Once your divorce is final, he can record that on your membership record and you would automatically become the head of household. But since you clearly want your husband removed from the Directory before that, your ward clerk will need to call the Global Service Center to request that they remove your nonmember husband from the Directory.cindeesommer wrote:Me and my husband is getting a divorce and we are not living together. (Please note that I removed your duplicate post you created in a different forum section -- you only need to ask your question once.)
