Currently, high councilors only have access to the youth in their individual ward directory where the high councilor's membership resides. For high councilors, such as myself, with assignments over the stake youth, stake early morning seminary, or assigned to a specific ward other than where my membership record resides, not having full access to the youth in the stake directory hinders my ability to perform my assignments/calling. There has got to be a way to obtain access to this information short of having to get it directly from the stake or ward clerks.

Thanks,

Not that I'm aware of. There's a number of things that haven't been built out yet in LCR. For all we know, that may be on the list. By in large the Priesthood Department sets the priorities and functionality. And probably determines the size of the development team. I would direct any requests in their direction.

Note that the High Councilor's role is to work with the leadership, not to be the ward leadership. As such, the Priesthood Department may have a different view on the need of the HC to see all the youth on a ongoing basis.

Some of the Priesthood Department's decisions may also be due to child protection and privacy laws across all countries where the church operates. Also consider the very unfortunate events with abused children in the Catholic church. I'm sure there are also many unfortunate, less-publicized abuse situations in our church and others. It would not surprise me if the church never expands online access to this information. The stake presidency can oversee this and authorize the stake clerk to provide reports to stake leaders.
