My Ward Directory

How can I print my complete ward directory that has the names, addresses, and phone numbers of the members in my ward on just one or two pages? Canyonview 10th?
Every ward is different, so I can't tell exactly what will work for your ward, but here are some things I've done that let me print out my ward's directory on two pages. First of all, go to the Directory on LDS.org, and from the Households section, click the Print button. - Uncheck all the boxes except Phone Number and Street Address.
- For some wards that span cities, you might need to also check the Full Address box (which will include city/state/zip), but if your ward is entirely within one city, you can live without it and save a lot of space.
- Pick an optimal number of columns. For my ward, that is 5 columns. If I choose 2 columns, my printout takes 6 pages; 3 columns takes 4 pages, 4 columns takes 3 pages, but 5 columns takes only 2 pages. 6 columns also takes 2 pages, but more household names break across lines, and I don't save any paper.
- Make sure the "Margins" setting is set to "None" if you can live with that (when I set it to Left or Top my printout spills onto a 3rd page).
