The online Directory currently has no capability to display anything other than membership and calling information. The Newsletter is the only LDS.org Tool in which this information can be displayed. This is not optimal since most people would not think to look there. Of course that means someone has to create a Newsletter article with your local FHC hours of operation.

You can find the information at https://familysearch.org/locations/centerlocator.

If you follow the link, you'll be at a FamilySearch Wiki page that should give you details about the center.

Each Family History Center has an official set of hours (which are stored in CDOL, by the way). Those hours are displayed in the LDS Maps tool in the information that appears when you click on a FHC in the map or search results. This information can be found using the regular LDS Maps tool from the Tools menu of LDS.org, or the Find a Family History Center page on FamilySearch.org, accessible from Get Help > Find Local Help.

Another source of information comes when you click on the Website link in either the search results or popup. That will take you to the FamilySearch Wiki page for the FHC. Note, however, that for some centers the wiki pages tend not to be maintained as well as the official center hours.

In this image, you can see a search based on a city, and what you see when you click on the search results (on the left) or on a FHC icon on the map (on the right).
