So I've been trying to get onto the LDS Tools Directory (both app an web browser) but I can't seem to get there. The web browswer constantly reloads the page but never populates anything. It seems to refresh itself within 3-5 seconds. I've tried this on multiple browsers and two Operating Systems (WIndows and Linux(Ubuntu)).
As for the LDS Tools App, I can't seem to get it to recognize anything. Nothing shows up on any of the options except for Meethinghouses and Lists (though that's empty too as I don't know what it's for).
Am I the only one experiencing this? Oh and I've tried from multiple devices to access the web page. I'm not in absolute need of it but I did see it as odd that the web page would act like that.
I'm open to any ideas as to how to resolve this issue.

Perhaps your membership record is in limbo - not in a ward or branch. I'd suggest checking with your ward membership clerk.

Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

Thank you for getting back to me on this. With that idea in mind I went to my ward clerk only to find that you were right on this, they had yet to pull my records into the ward, but my previous ward had already moved my records out of the ward. Thanks again!
