Single adult leaders for those 31 and over not showing on LDS.org directory under clerk resources but do show in MLS. However Young single adult leaders do show. Any suggestions to get them to show up on LDS.org?

I'd start by checking the CDOL. That's the point were all other software reports to/syncs with.

If it's not in the CDOL, then I'd suggest following Correcting duplicate or missing callings.
