There is no editing option for households you need to see your ward clerk to make any changes beside email and phone numbers.

Adult members, over 18, should be able to edit household phone number, household e-mail address, household privacy setting and personal phone numbers, e-mail addresses, and privacy settings for members of the household.

I don't know it a bug that prevents 19 year olds from editing these settings has been fixed but all other adults of a household should have no problem.

Changing the household address or preferred names should be done by a ward clerk or assistant clerk - membership using MLS or Leader and Clerk Resources on LDS.org.

Are you saying you are an adult member, over 19 years old, of the household and you do not see an Edit button in the top of the right column for your family?

That would be true of the parents. I'm not sure if the bug that prevents adult children from editing their settings has been fixed.
