For my directory profile, how do I change the info for my address? The only EDIT I see deals with visibilty to Stake, etc, but nothing that lets me change my home address.

You can't. You have to go though your ward membership clerk for that. An address change might require moving to a new ward.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
