Emailing the Ward

How can we get the Ward Website Administrator access to email members of the ward? I, as 2nd counselor in the Bishopric, have the "send a message" option online but she does not.

"Send a Message" is limited to a few people. I believe only the bishopric and clerks have access to it.
The administrator can send a message to all ward members from her own email program.
In the Directory, go to Organizations > Adults. At the top on the right you'll see an option to "Email all adults".
Have her try that and see if it works for her.
