Directory not updating

We have noticed when callings are updated in the MLS that changes are not occurring in the online Directory. It does not make any difference if you use a mobile device with LDS Tools or you login with a laptop or PC. This has been tested with multiple browsers. One ward updated the new High Priest Group Leadership three weeks ago and the old leadership is still showing. We made a change to the High Council two weeks ago and the brother is still showing up as a member of the High Council. Any thoughts about this?

Did you do a Send and Receive Changes after updating the calling?

Yes. We send and receive changes at least every Sunday.

The first place to look is in the CDOL. If it didn't get there, it didn't "take". Everything else gets it's information from CDOL. The CDOL should update within minutes after the send/receive.

You might try the procedure outlined in Correcting duplicate or missing callings to fix this.

I looked in our logs and the only request from your stake's MLS for high councilor was a delete yesterday morning, which looks like it worked.
