On the website, there is one particular household in our ward that used to be fine (even had pictures), but now when you click on that household in the directory, the animated work indicator displays forever in the detail pane on the right, but no information ever appears.
In the Android app, the family detail screen shows their names and callings, but no pictures. The wife shows personal contact info, but there is no household contact info showing.
Any ideas?

This issue is happening with me as well. It happens with random users on lds.org. On the mobile app, it brings up the user info but with no photo.

It looks like you've posted at 7AM MT. How is it working now? I'm wondering if a server was down. In those situations, it tends to resolve itself after the normal workday crew comes in.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
