Problems requesting partriarchal blessing online

This is a little off the original topic. But I was wondering if anyone has run into questions from members about having problems with the online request for a patriarchal blessing?

For example... When I try to request a copy of my own, I keep getting a message saying that my email address format is wrong. Which seems a little odd since I get emails from Church Headquarters on almost a weekly basis without any kind of trouble.

I requested a copy of my patriarchal blessing in September 2018. I have not yet received it. Should I just continuing waiting patiently. Did I do something wrong?

I think you can go back to the web page and check the status. They may be having problems finding it. Did you provide as much information as possible? (Stake, Patriarch, and approximate year)

From what I'm seeing, it seems pretty clear they have to dig though paper files to try and find it. They'll need all the help they can get to know which file cabinet to search.

That seems too long ago. I have not known it to take more than a couple of months at the longest. Most come back within a few weeks, if that long.

I would suggest you contact them again.
