Try having her set it at "Stake" level as a test. There has been a bug in the past where setting things to "Ward" caused the information to disappear from some things it shouldn't.suemra wrote:I checked with 1 of my 8 ladies and she said her visibility setting for her email on her individual record is still "ward level".
