I'm not aware of any way to do that using the lds.org Directory. I expect privacy rules prevent showing lists of primary age children to the general ward membership.

Clerks can obtain lists of primary children or children in specific primary classes using the Clerk Resources site. These can be printed to a PDF file and emailed to other ward leaders who have need of this information.
