How to get a chronological birthdate list for Relief Societ

Under the Ward Directory, how can I pull up a list of Relief Society sisters' birthdates chronologically then print it out?

It can't be done. Birthdays are not available on the Directory on LDS.org.
Leaders (meaning bishopric, clerks, and executive secretary) have access to Leader and Clerk Resources, where this information can be obtained. Or if you have been given access to MLS on your ward's administrative computer, there would also be some options there.
