Contacting Previous Ward for Donation Summary

I am trying to get a donation summary from my previous ward, but the printed directory I had got lost in the move. Is there a way to get access to my previous ward directory via th website, so I can call/email them?

See your current ward clerk he had a file sent down two weeks ago that has all your donation information. If he is not sure about it have him check the MLS messages for the information.

No.
In addition to having the clerk check MLS for the "Official Tax Summary Statement" as Gary_Miller stated, the clerk can get contact information for your previous ward through CDOL. You also can get the bishop's number through LDS Maps as a last resort.
