Can I change the PDF ward directory with new meeting times for the 2013 year to get a hard copy out to leadership before 2102 ends?

The times come from MLS. But I don't know as it would be a good idea to update it before the last sacrament meeting for the year as you might throw off a visitor.

1. Save the pdf directory to the local disk.
2. Open the pdf file using LibreOffice 3.0 with extension "PDF Import 1.0.4" from Oracle

Now you edit the meeting time. Each text is in a textbox object.
