I am unable to change my pictures in household

I clicked on Edit in my household. Then, I told it to change my picture to an updated one. It has a pop up that says it has to conform to standards and not be advertising and everything, but it never actually lets me change or upload a new picture!! Please help

The steps for updating a photo are:

1. Click the "Change" link below the current photo. The "Upload Guidelines" dialogue appears.
2. Click the "Continue" button on the "Upload Guidelines" dialogue box. The "Single Photo Upload" dialog appears.
3. Click the "Select photo" button on the "Single Photo Upload" dialog to select the photo for upload.
4. Navigate to the photo file and select it in the file navigation dialogue box.

Is there an error that occurs in one of these steps? From what you wrote you at least got through step 1. What happened after that?
