Finding church building addresses on the site

How/where can I find the building addresses for the chapels in my area - Frederick MD?
Go to LDS Maps (from LDS.org, on the Sign In/Tools menu select "Maps"). Type in Frederick, MD and you'll see a map (like this) with all the buildings close to that place on a map. You may need to zoom in or out to see the individual building icons.
